We are hiring SAP Functional Consultants across multiple modules (FI, FI (CO), MM, SD, SCM, PM, PP, GRC, Security ) and experience levels. Location: Makati Work Set-up: Hybrid (2-3x a week RTO) Work Shift: Day Shift Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Map business processes to SAP functionalities and identify gaps. Configure SAP modules such as FI, FI (CO), MM, SD, SCM, PM, PP, GRC, Security according to business needs. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements. Provide end-user training and develop documentation for SAP processes. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner. Ensure SAP solutions follow best practices and company standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in one or more modules (FI, FI (CO), MM, SD, SCM, PM, PP, GRC, Security). Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, business processes, and integration points. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects is an advantage. SAP certification is preferred but not required.
