About the role The People Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition coordination and administrative excellence across the broader People Operations and Talent Enablement functions. This role ensures that processes run smoothly and efficiently, delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. They will serve as the central connector across recruiting operations, onboarding logistics, employee data management, and process optimization within the Manila office and beyond. What will you be doing? Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics across multiple functions and time zones. Support offer and onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and system setup. Maintain data accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems. People Operations Support: Manage and triage incoming People-related requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Partner with HR, TA, and Payroll to route inquiries, escalate issues, and maintain visibility across workstreams. Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to improve team efficiency and self-service capabilities. Support HR reporting, data audits, and process tracking to ensure operational integrity. What are we looking for? 1–4 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administration (preferably in a global or shared services environment). Experience supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, offer coordination, and ATS management. Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR, etc.). Experience utilizing a ticketing and escalation system (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.). Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail). Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with or supporting US-based or multinational organizations is highly preferred. What will make you stand out?
