Job Description Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team including sales, application, and service engineers. Set and monitor sales quotas, ensuring consistent performance and accountability. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, customer segments, and market trends. Manage supplier relationships, acting as the face of the business. Oversee pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Ensure CRM implementation and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in a science-related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Experience in supplier management and understanding of the analytical equipment industry.
