Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team including sales, application, and service engineers.
- Set and monitor sales quotas, ensuring consistent performance and accountability.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, customer segments, and market trends.
- Manage supplier relationships, acting as the face of the business.
- Oversee pricing strategies, discount structures, and sales incentives.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure CRM implementation and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in supplier management and understanding of the analytical equipment industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
