Mitel Engineer

Overview Staff4Me is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mitel Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mitel telecommunications systems for our clients. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver effective communication solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Daily duties will consist of taking phone calls from customers, gathering key information, and creating or updating tickets. Monitor email and ticket boards for new or updated information and notify the appropriate parties as needed. Perform Tier 1 tasks such as voicemail password resets, extension name changes, simple programming changes, and basic troubleshooting for down systems/sites unable to call in/out. Work with customers and on-site technicians to provide basic hardware troubleshooting and, if needed, remote desktop support via laptop. Work independently and have knowledge of Mitel On Prem products to resolve issues; may contact Mitel vendor for assistance when needed. Qualifications Experience with the Mitel SX-200 ICP, Mitel MiVoice Business (3300), and Mitel MiVoice Office (400) is REQUIRED. PhoneSuite Voiceware experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to fully troubleshoot on-prem Mitel phone systems and remediate issues without additional help. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
