Mitel Engineer

Staff4Me is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mitel Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mitel telecommunications systems for our clients. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver effective communication solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Daily duties will consist of taking phone calls from customers, gathering key information, and creating or updating tickets. The agent will also monitor email and ticket boards, perform Tier 1 tasks such as voicemail password resets, extension name changes, and basic troubleshooting, and work with customers and technicians to offer basic hardware troubleshooting and remote desktop support. The agent will need to be able to work independently, have knowledge of Mitel On Prem Products, and be able to fix and resolve all issues, potentially reaching out to the Mitel Vendor for assistance when needed. Requirements Experience with the Mitel SX-200 ICP, Mitel MiVoice Business (3300), and Mitel MiVoice Office (400) is required. PhoneSuite Voiceware experience is a plus. The ability to fully troubleshoot on-prem Mitel phone systems and remediate any issues without additional help is necessary.
