  • Manage put away, labelling and system timely transaction.
  • Inventory of all items at least one time weekly and encoding on the monitoring for location and updates.
  • Lead and Manage inventory cycle count, ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage material picking and FG packing, labelling, loading for exportation.
  • Overall material management end to end for both direct and indirect materials.
  • Improve material flow among different warehouse locations and shopfloor.
  • Justification on the Request for the Headcount.
  • Review and Approval of all incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies. Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met.
  • Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities.
  • Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.
  • Reports and Analysis on Freight Spend and Transportation improvement programs.
  • Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed.
  • Cost Savings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any Business Course or Engineering Related Course.
  • At least 5-7 Years of Experience in the same field and industry.
  • At least 3 or more years of experience as People Manager.

Must Have:

  • PEZA and Customs (International and Local).
  • People Management.
  • Warehouse (End to End Process).
  • Manufacturing Industry.

Good to Have:

  • Good Decision-Making Skills.
  • Critical Thinker.
