We are seeking an experienced Tableau Analyst to join our growing organization. This candidate must be strong in Visual Analytics providing excellent service and quality solutions. Any exposure to data exploration, data mining, and predictive analytics is a plus. This candidate must have a passion for creating powerful and visually aesthetic dashboards.

You must have exceptional English, strong interpersonal and organizational skills , and be detail-oriented . You must also be self-motivated , enjoy “making things happen,” and always seek to improve our processes within a great environment as a dynamic team player .

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and support interactive Tableau Dashboard reports, with different data sources.
  2. Recommend dashboards based on Tableau visualization features and requirements.
  3. Deliver reports to the Business team in a timely manner.
  4. Communicate and work proactively with the existing Account Manager and other Tableau Analysts to complete the required dashboards.
  5. Provide support for the resolution of all reporting issues escalated by the Account Executives.
  6. 2+ years of professional experience in building dashboards and scorecards using Tableau.
  7. Hands-on experience with scripting and data source integration.
  8. Full understanding of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
Preferred (but not required) experience:
  1. Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  2. Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards.
  3. Background in software/web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  4. Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
  5. Financial Services experience is a strong plus.
Home Office Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps (must provide a screenshot of a speed test).
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or higher.
  • Noise Cancelling Headset.
  • Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and Power Outage Backup.
  • Dual Monitor setup.
