Job Summary The BD Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing sales effectiveness and ensuring compensation precision for the sales team. This position meticulously implements sales planning, analyzes performance against strategic targets, and accurately manages the end‑to‑end Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) payout process. The position for backfill is responsible for the PKG and GFF Sales Teams in the Philippines, Indonesia and New Zealand. Job Duties Performs data analysis for sales planning reviews with Sales Management (e.g., account segmentation, equity analysis, sales territory splits, etc.) Prepares customized sales performance data summaries to support sales management for the sales plan smoothing exercise Ensures data integrity across sales databases (e.g., alignment, sales goals) to facilitate accurate and timely sales incentive calculations Executes precise monthly sales incentive calculations, including any necessary manual adjustments, to guarantee accurate final incentive payments Manages the end‑to‑end SIP payout process, from rigorous data validation and securing cross‑functional approvals to timely submission to Payroll Updates ESP and ESTAT systems before the monthly snapshot to ensure data accuracy Performs weekly account alignment and re‑alignment requests from sales Conducts annual SP&P audit to maintain high standards of operational integrity Provides timely and accurate support to Sales Plans and SIP payout inquiries Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar analytical or sales support role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) required Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights Proficiency to communicate in English Demonstrate commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive sales planning, performance, and compensation information Loại Nhân Viên Lâu dài UPS cam kết cung cấp một nơi làm việc không có tình trạng phân biệt đối xử, quấy rối và trả thù.
