Overview

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, deploying and maintaining business systems within ACMobility’s functional areas to align with and support the organization’s goals, with the objective of driving process improvements, ensuring system integration, and providing technical expertise across various enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Business Systems Analysts: Oversee the Business Systems Analysts/Programmers by providing guidance, setting expectations, and ensuring their work aligns with organizational goals, while assigning tasks, monitoring progress, fostering skill development, and facilitating cross-department collaboration to achieve successful system implementations and process improvements.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Business Systems Manager to plan, implement and manage IT projects ensuring they are executed efficiently, completed on schedule, within budget, and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders to meet the project objective.
  • System Development and Deployment: Conduct complete business analysis including requirements gathering/analysis, documenting specs, describing current conditions, identifying alternatives, performing risk analysis, defining project scope and obtaining management approval for project activities to achieve smooth integration with processes and minimal disruption to operations.
  • System Maintenance and Support: Maintain the software application by troubleshooting application problems, tracking requests for changes and system problems, prioritizing changes, and implementing required changes to ensure system updates and availability.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Interact with clients and ISD team members to analyze business problems, identify potential solutions, and act as an internal IT consultant to pinpoint areas for process improvement or automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/ Math/ Physics/ Computer Engineering or any Engineering Course
  • 3-5 years programming experience, 3-5 years systems analysis/design experience, 2-3 years project management experience
  • SAP Business ONE
