Junior Programmer

About the Role
We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team as SAP SuccessFactors Specialist.

You don’t need prior SuccessFactors experience - we’ll provide the training.

What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and apply problem-solving skills effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and support SAP SuccessFactors modules through structured training
• Assist in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices
• Provide ongoing support for system users

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High aptitude for learning new technology/software quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

A plus, but not required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field preferred (a plus, but not required)
• Experience in HR, IT, or business operations
