Job Description

  • Manage and verify invoice processing for vessel operations
  • Handle month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Prepare budgets and conduct variance analysis
  • Collaborate with senior finance and ship management leaders
  • Recommend improvements to financial systems and workflows
  • Uphold compliance with ISO standards for safety, environment, and quality

The Successful Applicant

A successful Vessel Controller should have:

  • Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Background in maritime or ship management is a strong advantage
  • Skilled in accounting software and automation tools
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in a multicultural or international setting is a plus
