Job Summary

To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Learning and Development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to Learning and Development.
  • Facilitate and support ICON/New hire orientation classes
  • Support L&D enrolment offerings and reports
  • Maintain and update L&D reports, trackers, training room reservations and material inventories
  • Coordinate with external parties such as L&D vendors/partners for proposals, invoices, visitor passes and related tasks
  • Special Projects: provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization-wide programs/events
  • People development: discusses personal development plans with line managers and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle
  • May be assigned/rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR
  • Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications
  • Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduate or preferably with relevant work experience
  • Analytical skills and customer focus
  • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
  • Flexible with working schedules, depending on business need
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Failure to attach an updated resume may result in disqualification
  • Must have appropriate paperwork to work in the Philippines
