Overview Horizon Club Associate role at Shangri-La Group — Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is located within Fort Bonifacio, a former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys, the complex comprises 576 hotel guestrooms, 97 hotel residences and 98 Horizon Homes. The tower is a Manila landmark and complements the company’s five existing properties in the Philippines. The mixed-use business, residential and retail tower sits along 5th Avenue and 30th Street in Taguig’s fast-developing business district. It is about a 30-minute drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport and is close to the Manila Golf Club and Manila Polo Club, about 10 minutes from Makati, the capital’s financial, cultural and entertainment hub with first-class shopping malls. Responsibilities Provide a personalised guest service Create a memorable experience for guests in the Horizon Club Maintain the high standards of service in the Horizon Club Assist with any issues or problems Qualifications Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity.
