We are hiring for a Service Leader - Health Club.
As a Service Leader - Health Club, we rely on you to:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation in the Health Club & Spa
  • Manage the hotel recreation activities
  • Maximize the guests' hotel experience
  • Maximize the revenue
  • Maintain positive customer relationship
  • Check with guests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Respond to complaints of customers in a prompt manner
  • Provide assistance to team members when necessary

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Committed to serving guests of the highest qulity with a welcoming manner
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Communicates fluently in English as well as the local language
  • Has experience in an international 5* hotel would be advantageous
  • Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
  • Has a strong performance management skill
  • Loves to be creative with an eye for detail
