Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide process and technical consulting services to clients
• Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business-focused testing and training
• Lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.
• Build client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customer demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or CIS-ITSM
• Basic object-oriented programming principles
• Must hold at least one of the certifications outlined below:
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• Discovery/ITOM

• Certified Application Developer nice to have
