The role entails having a strong partnership across several stakeholders (field, BU, finance, operations) to hit growth targets via the determining right spend principles and putting governance on activity execution. **RESPONSIBILITIES*** Channel Governance* Translate category activities into field-ready execution plans* Manage the national calendar to ensure no overlaps in promotions* Have extensive rigor in the assessment and implementation of activities across retailers* Budget discussions and management with stakeholders* Drive trade budget optimization in OG / DT channels* Ensure strong controls in budget management to execution* Craft principles for Perfect Store execution* Is the voice of CBD internal discussions (CSP, Finance, etc)* Partnering with field teams and head office stakeholders* Continuous improvement of operational processes**KEY INTERFACES*** CSP & BU leads* Finance leads* Field Sales leads* Retail Solutions, Shopper Growth Optimization leads**KEY SKILLS*** P&L knowledge* Analytical abilities* Meticulous, high attention to detail* Strong cross-functional collaboration* Stakeholder management**ROLE QUALIFICATIONS*** 4+ years of work experience, with heavy cross-functional collaboration* Ability to adapt to and can problem-solve in a fast-changing environment* Strong communication and presentation skills* Highly operational and has attention to detailPlease apply via this portal as e-mail applications will not be processed.
