Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Report and elevate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Be knowledgeable in installation of substations, such as generator sets, busways, and transformers. Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines, and meet quality assurance targets. Complete daily construction tasks while providing safe working conditions and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Licensed Engineer is not required but a plus with at least 3 years experience in project engineering and management. Must have adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substations, installation of gensets, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical equipment such as gensets, busducts, and transformers. Willing to work on-site and start immediately. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in the construction industry.
