Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and risks. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site. Manage and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed. Identify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as necessary. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Skills Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project team members effectively. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
