Overview On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description The Project-in-Charge involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all site activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. The Project-in-Charge will lead the site team, coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and manage resources effectively to deliver high-quality mechanical installations. Responsibilities Supervise and lead day-to-day mechanical installation activities on-site. Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Coordinate site works with other trades and subcontractors to avoid conflicts and delays. Prepare and monitor daily work schedules and manpower allocation. Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment required for the job are available and properly used. Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials. Monitor usage and prevent wastage of materials on-site. Supervise site foremen, skilled workers, and laborers to ensure quality workmanship and safety. Provide technical guidance and on-site problem-solving support to the team. Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce discipline and site rules. Quality Control & Safety Compliance Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project standards and client specifications. Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC engineers for testing and approval of completed works. Reporting & Coordination Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and issue logs. Attend coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and main contractors. Communicate project issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager promptly. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Airconditioning). Graduate of Mechanical Engineering. Willing to relocate or commute.
