Overview

Sales Compliance Manager at Asurion. The Sales Compliance Manager oversees the compliance team and ensures all Sales Compliance initiatives and standards are implemented and upheld by supporting prevention methods, regular inspection and evaluation, and comprehensive reporting and auditing. The role also leads cross-functional projects to ensure customer experience and quality sales standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of on-site and remote members across multiple domestic and international geographies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to inform and develop our compliance standards; define and execute the inspection process of expert performance against those standards and client requirements.
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate leaders and team members; drive ongoing technical and personal development for direct reports.
  • Monitor team metrics, projects, initiatives, and impacts; provide regular readouts to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve processes and technology.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and upskilling in compliance standards and processes for auditing organizations.
  • Ensure proper training and implementation of compliance tools and processes throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Lead and/or observe listening and calibration sessions; ensure continued calibration with partners and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sales compliance across channels; provide recommendations to senior leaders and develop initiatives in response.
  • Collaborate and build strong interpersonal relationships between departments for total experience monitoring.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback to identify needs and ensure proper support; suggest improvements to operational policies and procedures where appropriate.
  • Provide ad hoc facilitation, strategy sessions, and training on new and existing compliance systems, scorecards, and procedures.

  • Experience creating, testing, implementing, or evaluating compliance programs.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive team members and partners toward a vision.
  • Capable of working in an autonomous, fast-paced environment while ensuring priorities and deadlines are met to standard.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Desired qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • 2+ years of quality, compliance, regulatory experience or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics including tracking and managing data
