Learning & Development Specialist (Colombia) Join to apply for the Learning & Development Specialist (Colombia) role at DOXA Talent Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote. Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1). Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST. Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract. What you’ll do The Learning and Development Specialist designs and delivers learning-oriented solutions that address knowledge, skills, and behavior gaps to support learners’ personal and professional growth. Acts as a learning partner contributing to business goals through learning journeys that are simple, engaging, and accessible. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. Design expertise: at least 5 years of experience as a research-oriented instructional designer, proficient in learner-centered principles, design processes, and varied methodologies beyond ADDIE (e.g., AGILE, SAM). Demonstrates expertise with concrete examples and industry terminology. Exceptional training delivery skills (synchronous and asynchronous). Technology savvy – comfortable integrating a wide range of tools into learning methodology. Ability to work comfortably at all organizational levels. Strong project management skills with concrete examples of projects and outcomes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Plus Factors Certification from training organizations/institutions. Familiarity with competency frameworks and learning solutions. Responsibilities Technical Capabilities Instructional design: Build and design learner-centered materials and experiences using both synchronous and asynchronous resources aligned with DOXA standards and methodology. Training Delivery Learner-centered delivery of learning solutions through diverse approaches and platforms. Presentation skills with solid platform facilitation experience. Continuous Improvement Innovation: adopt technology, industry trends, and best practices. Analytics: maintain analytics for sessions, content, and facilitators to assess success. Project Management: manage end-to-end projects with rigor on details, timelines, stakeholders, and SOPs. People Capabilities Accountability: ownership of tasks from concept to completion. End user focus: build strong stakeholder relationships. Interpersonal savvy: relate to diverse groups and balance stakeholder needs. Nimble learning: stay curious, learn from successes and failures for team goals. Situational adaptability: adjust approach to shifting demands.
