Ikigai Cases is a family‑owned e-commerce business selling premium metal pill cases. The business was founded in Washington DC in 2021 by two brothers and has been operated as a family business since then. Over four years, the company has grown to sell thousands of pill cases every month and has a thriving remote team. About Ikigai Cases Our mission is simple: to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We uphold this commitment by managing our fulfillment operations in‑house and offering white‑glove service to our customers. What You Are Responsible For We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager to power Ikigai’s ads and creative production system — the operational engine that ensures ad concepts move from brief to launch smoothly, accurately, and on time. You’ll be responsible for loading ads, organizing creative projects, maintaining metrics, and keeping the marketing pod running at full speed. You are not responsible for ad strategy — your superpower is execution: keeping the system structured, the files organized, and the output consistent. This is a role for someone who thrives on clarity, organization, and follow‑through. You’ll work side by side with the Senior Creative Strategist to turn creative plans into live tests, reports, and insights that drive profitable growth. 5 Core Responsibilities Project Management – Manage timelines, tasks, and coordination for every creative testing cycle. Set up Notion projects, track ownership and deliverables, and ensure editors, designers, and strategists hit deadlines. Keep communication clear and blockers visible. Content Asset Management – Maintain a clean, organized library of content. Tag and archive content by relevant attributes. Find the best creative assets and make sure all agencies and teams are equipped with the best assets available. Ad Loading & Account Management – Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and creatives inside Meta Ads Manager following proper naming conventions and test structures. Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date account with zero errors or duplicates. Reporting & Performance Tracking – Pull daily and weekly performance data from Meta and Lifetimely. Update Notion dashboards, summarize results for the team, and ensure metrics are always current and accurate. Team Communication & Coordination – Serve as the operational link for the Meta Ads team—interfacing with other teams to ensure the marketing department is working as one unit. Send reminders, follow up on blockers, and ensure the team always knows what’s launching next and what’s due. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and can juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines. You understand Meta Ads Manager and can confidently build and edit campaigns. You are proactive — if something is unclear or late, you take ownership to fix it. You communicate clearly and concisely, keeping your team informed without adding noise. You’re motivated by supporting a high‑performing team and seeing the systems you manage produce results every week. Required Experience 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ads management, or project coordination within an e‑commerce company, or digital marketing agency. Proven experience working with Meta Ads in some capacity (operations, ad production, media buying, creative strategy). Strong working knowledge of Notion, Google Sheets, and Google Drive organization systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines consistently. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have’s) Experience managing outside creative production (creators, influencers, outside agencies) in addition to in‑house creative production. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $1750/mo base + performance based bonuses. Work Hours: 50 hours / week. Paid Holidays: 10 per year. PTO: 1 week earned every 6 months.
