We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Team Manager to lead our remote and UK-based support teams, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and fast, reliable technical support. Role: Support Team Manager – Remote, Full-Time Location: Remote (Philippines) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (UK Time) | 4 PM – 12 AM (PH Time) Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱110,000 per month (depending on experience) Reports to: Operations Director (UK) What You’ll Do Manage and mentor a support team of around 10 people within a 30-person company. Oversee day-to-day operations through Halo CRM, ensuring smooth ticket management and timely resolutions. Track and review performance metrics to maintain service quality. Conduct regular one-to-one check-ins to support and develop team members. Provide technical support and guidance for telecom systems (3CX, Yeastar, Cisco WebEx). Oversee cybersecurity and Microsoft 365 configurations, ensuring best practices are followed. Collaborate with the UK office and leadership team to improve internal processes and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Must-haves: 3–5 years of proven experience managing a technical support team. Strong understanding of telecom systems such as 3CX, Yeastar, or Cisco WebEx. Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 configuration and cybersecurity tools. Experience using Halo CRM or similar ticketing systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-haves: Experience with Kaseya 365 or Fortinet platforms. Previous experience working with remote and UK-based teams. Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or workflow integrations.
