Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during maintenance operations. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability. Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and develop solutions. Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
