Job Summary: Provides advanced support for project management team, product marketing, sales and technical personnel to develop new products or solutions. Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, software development, quality assurance, manufacturing) to ensure successful launch of products. Plans and implements product testing programs; analyzes test results; reports findings; makes recommendations for corrective action as needed. Responds to requests for information on the status of projects. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide detailed documentation of requirements, analysis, design decisions, user interface specifications, hardware/software specifications, network configuration, training materials, and other supporting documentation. Work with internal and external customers to identify needs and develop solutions. Assist in developing business plans, strategies, and processes. Resolve complex issues by identifying and selecting solutions through applying acquired technical experience and guided by precedents. Manage multiple concurrent short-term assignments. May lead functional teams or projects as required. Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Intermediate to advance Power BI skills is required Power Automate, Power Apps skills is a plus Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in English language Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field. Certification for SQL, AI, or Digital Automation is a plus but not required At least 2 years of experience analyzing data through Excel or other data analysis tools.
