Join to apply for the Senior Business Analyst role at HR Primo Management Services The Business Analyst Funnel & Growth Analytics supports the company’s revenue and user acquisition goals by delivering data‑driven insights across the sales and marketing funnel. This role involves collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and reporting data that drives strategy and decision‑making for the Growth and Partnerships team. SQL proficiency is required, with preference for candidates who can build self‑serve dashboards and collaborate cross‑functionally. Own end‑to‑end analysis of the funnel from lead generation, qualification, booking, closing, to onboarding Monitor funnel health, drop‑off points, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and sales cycle times Perform ad‑hoc data deep dives and deliver regular performance reports to growth leaders and executives Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to align data insights with business strategies Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau Develop forecasting models and track performance against KPIs in partnership with leadership Provide insights on channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and sales team productivity Support CRM optimization and data hygiene initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent 13 years of relevant experience (junior to mid‑level) Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joining large datasets) Familiarity with marketing and sales metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, funnel conversion) Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools Ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights Strong communication skills for presenting data to non‑technical stakeholders Highly analytical, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal and Consulting Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
