Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the accounting department by creating and editing financial documents.
  • Organizing bookkeeping process of the company.
  • Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
  • Preparing monthly payroll for employees.
  • Ensuring that premium contributions are remitted on time.
  • Processing of BIR tax remittances.
  • Sug gesting improvement in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Interprets and apply accounting policies, rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Drafting, preparing and compiling financial and statistical statements, reports and summaries.
  • Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  • 1 year experience accounting
  • with experience in tax compliance
