This global role is based in our Manila office. In this key position you will work with clients across the world to provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients. You will also prepare examples for our developers to work on in our internal systems in case of code defects and collaborate with them to resolve the issues. • Debugging C# & APL code, coding suitable fixes for crashes and erroneous code, and providing high quality code solutions to fix existing functionality.
• Working with business consultants and other developers to evaluate and solve customers’ issues.
• Assisting business consultants to answer questions by understanding how the existing code works.
• Investigating system performance issues raised by clients in relation to C# & APL modules and resolving these issues to prevent system failures. This role involves broader code considerations and is not a pure C# developer role.
• Replicating issues observed by clients in internal installations for debugging and analysis purposes.
• Direct interaction with product support and clients on-site, via phone or remote connections.
• Serving as an important interface between Support teams and the Central Product Department.
• Based in Manila with occasional weekend/public holiday work and extended hours as required.

• 3–5+ years of C#.NET experience including WinForms.
• Experience supporting desktop applications.
• Good understanding of a functional programming language like APL, C# or Haskell is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the .NET framework and object-oriented programming design principles.
• Tracing and debugging skills; experience with common debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to read, understand and analyze complex code.
• Curiosity and willingness to gain broad knowledge across areas and to expand horizons.
• Interest and ability to work with complex architecture, front- and back-end.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and in a team; capable of managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive setting.
• Knowledge or strong interest in financial issues, theory and practice, is beneficial.

• APAC/EMEA shift hours (may change depending on business needs).
• Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office).
