JobTitle: Senior Analyst Programmer(ANSI C) Location: Alabang,Muntinlupa-(Hybrid3daysRTO,2daysremote) Mode of Hiring: Full-time Contract Exact Job Title: Senior Analyst Programmer Key Responsibilities and Duties Mastery of the tools and processes used by the team to deliver quality software Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications and components Work directly with Developers, QA, Product, Support, Implementation, Stakeholders, and Business owners to develop solutions to complex problems Responsible for the full life-cycle development of software systems Provide tier 3+ support to in-group and out-of-group customers as well as make safe changes to production systems (OS, database, and application) Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support based on the needs of the team and customers Subject matter expertise in more than one functional LMS area (ie integrations, calculations, equipment interfaces) Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent 5+ years of related experience and/or training in ANSI-C/C++ 5+ years of related experience and/or training in SQL databases (Informix, Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres) Experience with agile development methodologies Mastery of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, platforms, and open-source technologies Deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies and secure computing environments: network, hardware and operating systems, servers, and storage Job Description Leadership: Must be seen as a credible business partner by peers, customers, and the Development leadership team and must be able to influence resources to deliver in a matrix environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction Communication & Influencing: Must clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that helps them understand and retain the message. An individual with excellent interpersonal skills and influencing ability who can win the confidence of individuals at all levels Teamwork: Work effectively in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork across all levels of the organization Business Acumen: Possess strong analytical and process management skills and have a broad understanding of business strategy and operations. Able to clearly articulate the business value proposition for all Development initiatives.
