Partner with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce products — from ideation, design, and development to release and adoption. Conduct requirement gathering sessions, user story creation, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to implement new functionalities and integrations. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem. Track KPIs and user adoption metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend innovations and improvements. Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular product updates and documentation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles, with 2+ years in product management or solution ownership. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder are a plus.
