MatheMagis aims to nurture a growth mindset and the love for learning by discovering the joy in Math and in Problem Solving. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Center OIC/Relationship Officer role at MatheMagis Singapore Maths in Makati. The Center Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the learning center, implementing marketing strategies, handling financial matters, managing relationships with customers and partners, and providing excellent customer service. Functions include: 1. Manage Inquiries, Assessments, and Enrolments. 2. Work closely with parents in planning, executing and monitoring a child's MathsFitness journey. 3. Work closely with teachers in overseeing sessions, and student progress monitoring. 4. Setting meetings with teachers, parents, and potential new customers as needed to discuss student progress, new initiatives, processes, updates, etc. 5. Research and reporting. Qualifications: Business Relationship Management and Sales skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing top-notch service Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred Experience in the education industry or work experience as a teacher is a plus.
