Responsibilities
  • As AtR Manager, ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with the Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.
  • Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as enablers to achieve further efficiencies.
  • Coach and support your colleagues to achieve maximum performance while ensuring agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.
  • Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.
  • Ensure the team is well-functioning and motivated; ensure the right competence within the team and define learning journeys.
  • Enable and support the Senior AtR Specialist in the role of First Point of Contact.
  • Review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Senior Specialist on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure OWoM meetings are booked for all entities.
  • Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools; continuously improve processes and ways of working.
  • Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for entities supported.
Education & Experience Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, with proven extensive knowledge in IFRS.
  • Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems like M3 or SAP.
