Responsibilities As AtR Manager, ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with the Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way. Continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as enablers to achieve further efficiencies. Coach and support your colleagues to achieve maximum performance while ensuring agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team. Contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization. Ensure the team is well-functioning and motivated; ensure the right competence within the team and define learning journeys. Enable and support the Senior AtR Specialist in the role of First Point of Contact. Review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Senior Specialist on a weekly basis. Ensure OWoM meetings are booked for all entities. Support the implementation of improvements to processes and tools; continuously improve processes and ways of working. Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for entities supported. Education & Experience Prerequisites Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, with proven extensive knowledge in IFRS. Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP systems like M3 or SAP.
