As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, they are expected to fulfill the following tasks: Enhance the Corporate Giveaways Business through the following: Conduct weekly meeting with involvedteam members Create sales objectives Achieve / create time prospect for target increase of sales Develop network to provide additional leads for sales Push beyond client hesitancyto close the sale Enhance successfuldeals Improve the Online Shopping and Retail Platforms: Monitor sales activities Design and oversee marketing campaigns to broaden the reach and deepen customer engagement. Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts to guide strategic decisions. Create compelling promotional materials and manage multiple marketing channels, including digital and social media. Optimize SEO to increase online presence and drive website traffic. Collaborate with team members to deliver on brand consistency and messaging. Track and report on campaign effectiveness to align marketing strategies with business goals. At Perfect Resource Trading, we want our Sales and Marketing Specialist to embolden our vibrant marketplace and corporate giveaways through innovative strategies and campaigns. Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field. Experience Level: 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or related role. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy. Proficient in SEO, market research, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement marketing plans. Coordinate with sales teams and manage social media platforms. Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns. Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional travel for market research and industry events.
