Data Intelligence Solutions Architect and Specialist – Role: Technical Lead – AI / LLM Projects

JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a technical lead to work closely with the Head of Data Intelligence in building and scaling an AI-powered platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that spans backend systems, full-stack development, and machine learning—particularly using Large Language Models (LLMs).

You’ll help shape the technical direction of a product focused on automation, usability, and secure document processing, all running on modern cloud infrastructure. You\'ll coordinate a small, multi-functional engineering team and play a key role in delivering an impactful digital experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end system architecture and technical execution
  • Coordinate with a lean engineering team (ML, full-stack, data) to deliver product features
  • Oversee development timelines, proactively unblock issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Evaluate and integrate LLM tools, APIs, and open-source or commercial solutions
  • Ensure technical priorities are aligned with business goals and evolving team capabilities
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), backend systems, and modern DevOps workflows
  • Hands-on experience or solid interest in LLMs, AI automation, and prompt engineering
  • Proven ability to manage technical projects and communicate clearly across teams
  • Experience in startup or fast-moving environments is a strong plus
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on coding and debugging when needed
