Overview Playnetic Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Project Manager to help our cross-functional teams deliver outstanding games from concept to release. At Playnetic, we’re passionate about creating innovative and engaging gaming experiences. You’ll be a process champion and delivery enabler, ensuring smooth collaboration across disciplines, maintaining alignment with strategic goals, and driving continuous improvement in how we work. You’ll support multiple projects, enabling teams to stay focused, unblock challenges, and deliver with excellence. Responsibilities Partner with Game Producers and other stakeholders to support the product roadmap, strategy, and key milestones. Drive agile workflows across game teams, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery tracking. Articulate delivery plans and demonstrate how they align with the studio’s overall goals. Collaborate with producers, designers, engineers, and artists to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives. Support delivery across multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources effectively. Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers, ensuring teams remain on track. Create and maintain capacity reporting to enable informed decision-making. Track and report on project health, milestones, and delivery status to stakeholders. Act as a Project Management expert, mentoring and coaching other studio members in areas such as project planning, dashboard building, and workflow optimization. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Functional Competencies Monitors sprint and milestone progress, provides insightful delivery updates, and offers process support to ensure business objectives are met. Demonstrates exceptional communication to engage, influence, and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Supports coordination across multiple projects concurrently, ensuring dependencies are addressed and deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Extracts relevant delivery needs from the product (game) vision and strategy, helping guide teams toward successful outcomes. Provides valuable process feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement. Reviews and supports refinement of workflows, sprint structures, and agile ceremonies. Supports the tracking of cross-functional dependencies and helps mitigate delivery risks. About You Skilled in project management and agile practices, with experience in game development or a creative/tech environment. A highly organized leader who thrives on enabling others to succeed. Strong communicator with the ability to bring clarity, alignment, and focus to cross-functional teams. Adept at problem-solving and removing blockers to help teams deliver their best work. Recognized as a delivery expert and trusted partner across the studio. Passionate about people, processes, and systems, and how they connect to drive studio success.
