Overview

Lead generation and outreach role focused on identifying and qualifying potential leads, developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather lead information.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (such as AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with high-level executives and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales forecasting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
