Your responsibilities Daily operations support to users of Primer reporting services systems, business intelligence tools, and related information management tools Provides issue and problem resolution to clients by identifying the root cause of issues and problems, researching for solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps Crafting and executing SQL queries for ad-hoc reports as requested by clients Provides training and guidance to end users in the use of the reports and tools Development of new reports, visualizations, and tools required by the business Assists in the development, support, and maintenance of Primer’s data warehouse and BI systems Develops data-related tools for integration of external data and data warehouse Collaborates with teams to integrate with different systems Creates and improves the team’s technical references by writing, contributing, and maintaining documentation on the database design, job schedules, etc. Proactively identifies, communicates, and resolves data quality and data reconciliation issues Training & development The company invested in its people and provided training and certifications to get the right mix who can enable digital and e-commerce growth. About you Bachelor of Computer Science or any related IT Course With experience in SQL queries, at least from a subject or OJT experience Completed a subject related to Data Structures and Algorithms Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of BI Technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Qlik, Big Query, Data Studio) is an advantage Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and technologies is an advantage Knowledge of APIs is an advantage Knowledge of cloud data warehouses is an advantage Fresh graduates mayapply How to apply To apply for this position, click the “Apply on employer site” button on this page.
