InteLogix Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions with a focus on accounts payables, month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Duties and Responsibilities Invoice Processing and Verification Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation. Ensure invoices match purchase orders and receiving reports (three‑way matching). Ensure timely and accurate posting of AP transactions in the accounting system applying proper GL coding and cost center allocation. Payment Processing and Reconciliations Prepare payment runs. Ensure payments are approved according to internal control policies. Record payments in the accounting system. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues. Reconcile accounts payable balances with general ledger balances. Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor information. File and organize documents. Month‑End and Year‑End Closing Maintain fixed asset master data. Perform fixed asset capitalization and disposal. Prepare and post journal entries (e.g., accruals, depreciation, prepaid expenses). Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. Support external statutory audits by providing requested documentation. Maintain accurate and complete financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in the completion of projects assigned to the team. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Minimum 5 years’ experience in general accounting preferably with AP and General Ledger experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (ex. SAP Business One). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work onsite on a hybrid basis (Estancia, Capitol Commons, Pasig City). Flexible working hours – day shift to mid‑shift based on work requirements.
