Overview

Responsibilities
  • Reading Work Instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming, in-process and outgoing materials and products.
  • Thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
  • Use various tools and techniques, including precision measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), to assess product dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
  • Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes.
  • Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
  • Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.
  • Accepting or rejecting finished products/assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, including non-conformance issues, corrective actions taken, and quality metrics.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent, BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or equivalent, or any related course. New grads are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in electro-mechanical/electronic assembly is an advantage.
  • Must have good manual dexterity to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing.
  • Experience in machine operations and familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Willing to work in 8-hour shifts.
