Your Role: As a Procurement Manager , you will oversee the company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all procurement activities—ensuring the acquisition of high-quality goods, services, and materials at the most competitive prices while mitigating risks and driving cost savings. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain procurement strategies and policies aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities and new supplier relationships. Establish and track procurement KPIs such as cost reduction, supplier performance, and purchase price variance. Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, service, price, and reliability. Lead contract and pricing negotiations with local and international suppliers. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key vendors and conduct regular supplier performance reviews. Oversee the purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery coordination. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Production) to meet procurement requirements. Resolve supplier‑related issues concerning quality, delivery, or invoicing. Lead and develop the procurement team by setting clear objectives, mentoring staff, and ensuring efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and Philippine laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier dependency and price volatility. What You Need: Non‑negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity leading a procurement team. Proven experience in contract negotiation and cost‑saving initiatives. Experience with both local and international sourcing. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement software. Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
