MAJOR FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise the Ordering Team on the timely and accurate processing of customer orders including initial stocks.
  • Actively attends to customers' complaints and provide efficient resolution that will satisfy both the customer and the Management.
  • Assist in receiving and processing of customer orders.
  • Ensure 100% payment of all orders.
  • Monitor and analyze data to increase business operations efficiency and attain the departmental KPIs.
  • Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
  • Assist and supports the Operation Manager towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
  • Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 years relevant and proven experience in Order Management and Customer Service.
  • Must have an excellent experience and knowledge in order management and customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, advance excel formulas, PPT).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures.
  • Has a strong analytical and critical-thinking skill and can proactively resolve problems.
  • Has a leadership and has the capacity to lead and train the team.
  • Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Has the ability to work with various department and foster teamwork
  • Has the ability to maintain the highly confidential matters.
