QUALIFICATIONS/ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Licensed civil engineer and/or environmental planner
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely-related field from a reputable university
- Preferably with at least 2 years teaching experience handling civil and/or environmental engineering courses
