OverviewTo process payments for invoices that supports the continuous operation of TransCentra and maintains an advantageous working relationship between TransCentra and its vendors.
Responsibilities- Process invoices which includes getting proper approval, coding and entering.
- Print checks for invoices and process manual checks.
- Maintain intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and MAS 200 accounting software.
- Check balances of accounts payable and report information to the manager.
- Cross-train in purchase order (PO) module and understand the Purchases Clearing module; report balances and information to the manager.
- Answer vendor inquiries about late or past‑due invoices; call vendors to obtain information regarding invoices and W-9s.
- Open and date stamp mail; distribute mail within Finance; file paid invoices.
- Work under pressure to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Ability to operate computer hardware and software with intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and MAS 200 accounting software.
- Completion of high school or GED; plus experience with accounting software.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and reassign priorities to meet changing business demands.
- Travel up to 0% may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; extended periods of standing and/or sitting; use of electronic equipment for extended periods.
- Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
