Application Support – SAP MM Analyst (Level 2) One of our global clients is looking to hire an Application Support – SAP MM Analyst (Level 2) based in Manila . This position provides functional support within the SAP Materials Management (MM) module across global operations. The SAP MM Analyst will manage day-to-day issue resolution, system configuration, and continuous improvement of supply chain and procurement processes within the SAP ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams, business users, and technical specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery and system reliability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 functional support for the SAP MM module, ensuring timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and change requests in collaboration with global teams. Configure SAP MM functionalities such as Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Master, and Material Master . Identify and implement enhancements to optimize procurement and materials management processes. Collaborate with SAP FI, WM, SD, and IM teams for integrated process resolution. Maintain and update functional and configuration documentation as per change management procedures. Support system testing, data migration, and validation during upgrades and new releases. Ensure all changes comply with internal IT governance, SOX , and quality standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP MM performance and efficiency. Provide end-user training and guidance on standard SAP MM processes. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards. Utilize ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of SAP MM support experience , including configuration and process design. Strong understanding of SAP ECC6 or higher versions. Familiarity with integrated modules such as FI, SD, WM, and IM . Proven experience supporting procurement, logistics, and materials management processes. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Experience in ITIL-based environments with a solid understanding of service delivery and incident management. Knowledge of SOX compliance and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) is an advantage. Working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM) or similar ticketing tools. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, able to engage effectively with users and cross-functional teams. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, as required for global support coverage.
