We’re looking for driven, curious, and collaborative individuals to join WPP Media as full-time Associates in Media Planning , Media Operations , or Influencer Marketing . From day one, you’ll be in a permanent role while undergoing structured, ongoing training designed to fast-track your growth through hands-on client work and mentorship from industry experts.

You’ll gain exposure to media strategy, campaign execution, and cutting-edge tools, working with some of the most recognizable local and global brands. Whether you’re passionate about numbers, creativity, digital platforms, or building influencer partnerships, you’ll find your place here.

What you’ll do

  • Gain hands-on experience with high-profile brand accounts.
Who we’re looking for
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students graduating by September 2025 .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Math, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Early career movers with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
  • Passion for media, digital platforms, and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort with adapting to a fast-changing industry.
Interview Process
  • MS Teams screening with our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Panel interviews with agency heads and team leaders at our WPP Media office.
