Your Role Business Advisors shape the vision with the client, understand the needs of the users/stakeholders, carry out an elicitation of processes, data and capabilities and derive the target processes and the business requirements for the current and future solution. Your Profile Understanding of BIAN Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers and Control Record Ability to create service domain interactions in workflow Process Modelling Data Mapping / Business Object Model Experience in creating Logical data model Ability tun workshops with senior stakeholders to identify gaps Ability to create business capability model Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients BIAN certified candidate is preferred Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, banking products, Credit Cards etc Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.
