We are seeking candidates who bring both solid card payments experience and strong BA skills . The Business Systems Analyst will form part of our Cross-Functional Teams working closely with all stakeholders including product/business requirements, technical and QA. Duties and responsibilities Assist in managing delivery and release schedules for projects, changes, service requests and mandatory releases as per clients’ SLAs Actively participate (and possibly lead) in knowledge transfer activities and providing technical leadership and advice as part of the requirements analysis and hand-over Create client requirements analysis/design documents (where applicable) and High Level Test Cases in view of these being used for the generation of functional and regression test cases Create, execute and maintain automated and manual tests to ensure that the software delivered is in line with the set business requirements Actively engage and liaise with the end client on a daily basis as well as internal teams during testing to ensure compliance with the business requirements and agreed specifications/timelines Help technical teams to create optimal use cases and database design Coordinate with testing team during various phases of testing and represent end-users in the UAT phase i.e. participating in UAT and PROD support when required. Qualifications Must be in possession of a degree in business and computing or a similar recognized qualification Should have a good knowledge of the payments industry and 2 years of working experience in the payments/fintech industry; product ownership experience is an asset Should have deep understanding of requirements gathering processes, such as user stories, use cases, business requirements, etc. Must be proficient in a scripting language, ideally SQL Should have experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools Must possess good English communication skills as he/she will be collaborating with foreign clients and colleagues on daily basis Should be able to perform under pressure and possess good problem-solving skills Must have strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives The selected candidates will be offered an above-average package commensurate with their skills and experience.
