If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you Responsibilities Develop training materials: script training content, review and apply changes to meet standards, communicate with SMEs to validate changes, and collaborate with the project team to meet project requirements. Participate in implementation: schedule and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, identify required items before, during, and after training, and confirm that all technologies and facility requirements are enabled or prepared with the training delivery owner. Conduct training evaluation: evaluate training to determine if objectives were met using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, and review L1-L4 results, lessons learned, and the implementation issues log. Qualifications Expertise in ADDIE and SAM processes, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and other relevant instructional models Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in writing training materials Strong facilitation and classroom management skills (preferred, but not required) Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, and other learning theories Experience developing multiple projects concurrently, including projects outside core responsibilities Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and drive diverse workgroups to collaborative solutions Strong interest and commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering world-class customer service Develop required materials as stipulated in the project’s statement of work (classroom training, virtual training, self-paced, or e-learning courses) Evaluate the training to determine if objectives were met using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation Minimum of one year experience in customer or technical support service or business process outsourcing (BPO) environment Bachelor’s degree or college degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in learning and development focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery (equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above) #J-18808-Ljbffr
