As an Training & Content Development Specialist you will be transforming complex product offerings into clear, compelling, and engaging training and communication materials. From PowerPoint decks and one-pagers to infographics, playbooks, and videos - you will create world-class content that enables our Sales Associates and Partners to succeed. You will be working in an international environment with working hours 11:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on how we communicate, train, and equip our global workforce and partners for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Development: Build training and communication strategies and plans.
  • Develop and maintain engaging collaterals (slide decks, infographics, one-pagers, FAQs, battle cards, videos, e-learning).
  • Translate product and business messaging into audience-specific assets for Associates, Partners, and Customers.
  • Create standardized templates to ensure global consistency.
  • Package product offerings into campaign-ready content (call scripts, email templates, role-plays, social media posts).
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize content.
  • Enablement Delivery: Design and deliver enablement programs (webinars, on-demand videos, e-learning, workshops).
  • Manage communication channels: email updates, posts, training schedules, certification quizzes, and other communications.
  • Performance Measurement & Improvement: Track training usage, completion rates, and business impact.
  • Maintain a KPI dashboard and iterate based on data and feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience creating training, communications, and enablement materials in digital/e-commerce
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to simplify technical information into clear, compelling visuals and narratives
  • Instructional design background (adult learning principles, LMS publishing, webinar production)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint/Keynote, Adobe/Canva, Articulate, Vyond, Synthesia (or similar), and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Miro, etc.)
  • Experience working across global teams, time zones, and cultures is considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
