Job Description Customer Success Associate Set up customer accounts and manage onboarding tasks Build and standardize templates and content libraries Support customer success programs and health checks Analyze usage data to identify risks and engagement opportunities Document best practices and troubleshoot platform issues Assist with renewals and collaborate with internal teams Customer Success Manager Lead and coach a team of Customer Success Managers Design scalable playbooks across onboarding, adoption, and renewal Drive customer retention and expansion through tech‑touch strategies Monitor KPIs and implement proactive engagement plans Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing Act as escalation point for priority accounts and guide strategic interventions The Successful Applicant Customer Success Associate 2-3 years in customer‑facing or operations roles Experience in SaaS or tech environments preferred Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills Proficient in data management and communication Customer Success Manager 8+ years in customer success or account management 3+ years managing a team, ideally in scaled CS models Experience with tools like ChurnZero or similar platforms Strong analytical, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills What's on Offer Hybrid work setup Competitive salary and benefits Professional development support Global exposure and career growth Inclusive and mission‑driven culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
